Japanese raw food

     We generally eat raw food, fish and eggs and so on. I introduce you to Japanese usual raw food. First, it is Sashimi. Sashimi is raw fish sliced thinly. We dip it in soy sauce with Wasabi and eat it. In addition, You can see someting like leaf as shown in the photo below. It is Japanese harb, "Shiso." There is also thin radish under "Shiso." We eat them when we feel a little fishly or want to change the taste. I often wrap Sashimi in Shiso and eat it. Raw fish only is fishy but soy sauce, wasabi and Shiso make it delicious.      S oy sauce is one of the important condiments for Japanese. There are some kinds of soy sauce in Japan. One of them, there is soy sauce for Sashimi. It is a little rich and cling Sashimi well. When we eat Sashimi, we mix soy sauce with a little bit Wasabi.  Wasabi is Japanese spice.
